One of our high profile projects, Hive in Birmingham has just won 3 awards at the UK property awards.. Pretty big ones too... "The scheme, which was completed in January, was named both Best Residential Development and Best High-Rise Residential Development in the West Midlands region, and also took the national title for Best High-Rise Residential Development in the UK"
We were responsible for design of the brand, interior design of all the common areas and a rather sexy graphics and bespoke artwork scheme. Hive is a great development, currently taking 35% of all apartment rentals in Birmingham and renting 3x faster than any other comparable development.
Our clients on Hive are the fabulous Nikal. We hope to be working with them on their next venture - The Soapworks, Manchester. The refurbisment of Colgate / Palmolives old manufacturing site.
