Good morning bloggers. Sadly we would like to start this week by wishing our condolences to the families of 19 tourists who have recently died in the Everest region due to a plane crash.
Being a climber I have visited this region and have been on the very trip these 19 young people died undertaking.
Nepal is a treacherous place. Even top pilots fear the mountain passes which have claimed hundreds of lives, on the ground and in the air.
We just hope that current and past events like this don't frighten off future tourists and climbers from visiting this beautiful and amazing country.
